Pedro Piedrabuena

Pedro was born in Montevideo, Uruguay in August 1971. He started playing when he was 15 years old in a billiards club in Montevideo, where his father use to play. He was very passionate about the game from the beginning, practising long hours and learning very fast. When he was 17 years old he moved to Buenos Aires, Argentina where he lived for the next 4 years. In Buenos Aires he was honored to learn from some of the local legends like; Jose Arguello, Luis Doyarzabal and the Navarra brothers. In 1993 he immigrated to USA to learn from grandmasters Sang Lee. Since then Pedro has competed all over USA, Mexico, South America, Europe and Asia. From 1999 to 2001 he lived in Belgium, competing in the country and in the Dutch leagues all over, getting to know and play amongst the best players in the world. Since he started in 1986 Pedro has won more than 50 titles in USA, Mexico, South America and Europe. Some of the most important titles are US National Championship of 2002, 2004, 2007 and 2011, 2012, 2013 & 2014. The Pan-American Championship 2009, The Champion of Champions 2011 & 2012.
Now days Pedro lives in San Diego, CA and he owns his own club and teaches his clients the difficult art of three cushion billiards.
