If you are not satisfied for any reason with any "finished" product purchased from our factory direct store, you may return the unaltered/undamaged item* to our factory for an exchange, refund, or store credit towards the purchase of another item!
Return Instructions:
In order to return any product to us, you must contact a factory representative within 30 calendar days of the factory shipment date or the date printed on your invoice from qualified dealer. You may contact us by phone, fax or email. No item will be accepted for return without getting the permission from our factory representative. Also please include a copy of your original factory or dealer invoice with the return. NO INVOICE, NO REFUND, NO CREDIT! (must be the original purchaser)

Refunds:
Any refunds will be made less a 10% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping and handling charges. Refunds will be issued by check or directly back to the originally billed credit card within 10 business days of the approval of your claim.

** Excluded items are used laminated cue tips, "X", "X Ultra" laminated shaft partials and blanks.
Note: Tiger® Cues & Tiger® "X" & "X Ultra" high performance shafts that have been used or "chalked" on the tip or ferrule are acceptable for return as long as the shaft is not altered in any other way. If the ferrule is under 12.50 mm it is not under warranty. If you can, please measure your shaft ferrule before shipping.

Limited Lifetime Warranty
All Tiger® manufactured "finished" Products are warranted for life against defects in materials and workmanship.
This warranty does not include cue or shaft warpage! Bearing in mind that cues & shafts are made of wood, warpage is not considered a defect though we make great efforts to ensure that every cue and shaft that leaves our facility is straight!
If any product fails within its useful lifetime to the original retail end purchaser the item will be repaired or replaced at no charge.
There is a $15.00 SH & H charge, so please include a Money Order with the package or you can pay by credit card (USA customers only). For international customers, please email or call to find out the SH & H charge.
Return any defective product to us and it will either be repaired or replaced with the same or an equal value product and returned to you within 30 days.
