MAP Policy

Profit Margin Protection:

As the demand for Tiger Products' entire product line has grown by leaps and bounds discounting of products is unnecessary. In order to protect all of our dealers, we will enforce the following policy and cease to provide in complaint dealers with products. If you have any questions, please contact us.

MAP (minimum advertised price):

All authorized Tiger Products dealers world wide must display our manufacturers suggested retail price (MSRP) for all Tiger Products featured in any advertising: including catalogs, print media, television and internet (including online auctions). This policy does not apply to discontinued or used products. The maximum allowable advertised discounts to the retail end user is 20% off of the current MSRP. The final selling price at the time of the sale will remain at the seller's ultimate discretion.

Online Auctions:

Our distributors will not sell any new Tiger products on any Internet auction site without Tiger's written consent, specifically including but in no way limited to eBay, Yahoo! Auctions, Ubid as well and other auctions.

Distributor Internet Sales:

Our distributors that sale wholesale via Internet (website) will not display the dealer (wholesale) pricing openly to the general public. Only MSRP can be displayed without a buyer verification gateway in place (ie; dealer login, etc.).

MAP Price Violation

It has come to our attention that some of our dealers have been violating the MAP agreement and have been selling our products by advertising it more than 20% discount from MSRP. Most of these sellers are working thru Ebay. We wanted to let all dealers know, when you receive an email or a call from us about these violations, you have one week to take care of your listings, auctions whatever method of selling our products. If it is not taken care of it within the given time period, we will suspend your account, if you are not buying from us, we will make sure all our distributors are given the proper information not to sell to those dealers as well. We appreciate your cooperation and we hope it gets solved right away. This means if you are selling the products at Ebay you can not start an auction less than the 20% from MSRP or choose the option make an offer. This also means you can not even put a penny less and call it a mistake. It will all be taken seriously. This information applies to all dealers and distributors world wide.
